If I only made good, healthy bentos, this is what all my bentos would look like. Fruits; low-fat, high-protein sandwiches; dairy; and a smattering of sweets. On the right side, I have two sandwiches of chicken slices and american cheese on white bread. In the container on the lower left, I have a bunch of strawberries, and in the saran wrap-covered cup on the upper left, there are some pineapple chunks. (They're covered with saran wrap to prevent juice from getting all over everything.) Tucked away in the corner behind the pineapple, there is a piece of string cheese, a chocolate "milk" candy, and two muscat gummis. Behind the sandwiches, there's more gummis (from left to right: muscat, grape, apple), a brownie with nuts, and a container of sugar to dip the strawberries in.
